Squash Air offers the following Return/Exchange Policy:

For a refund or exchange, Squash Air accepts most products returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. For more information on returning merchandise to Squash Air, please see our Return Process and Opened Merchandise Policy below.

We can accept returns/exchanges for:
• Any item in its original condition.
• Defective merchandise will be exchanged for exact same item only.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for:
• Products returned within policy with the UPC Code missing from the box.
• Products that are incomplete.
• Non defective merchandise that has been opened will not be exchanged.

Return Process
Your return should include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice. If you do not have the packing slip, provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number, and order number, if available.

We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package. The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not refund the shipping costs unless there was an error on our part. If merchandise has been opened, damaged or destroyed by the receipient, we will charge up to a 50% restocking fee to cover the costs of the damage.

Exchanges
We can exchange merchandise within 30 days as long as the item you are returning has not been opened or is defective (for the exact same item only). Please follow the regular return process for exchanges, but be sure to include a note with the details of the exchange.

Opened Merchandise Policy
Squash Air inspects all merchandise when we receive it and ship it, and we are confident that all merchandise is in perfect condition when shipped. To maintain the integrity of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns for opened merchandise. Exceptions will be made if the contents are damaged, but under no circumstances will we accept returns on the following items:
• Opened non defective items
• Missing UPC or missing parts
